Marble Bar can cater for all types of functions from 21st, 30th, engagements, farewell’s, Hens & Bucks shows and work functions. We are an up market venue and have a well known and popular night club. Thursday night’s the famous MARB THURS, Friday night’s commercial dj and live music and of course the very popular Saturday night’s I LOVE MB. The great advantage of having your function here is once all the formal stuff is out of the way, you dont need to find another location to dance the night away, we have it all here.

If you are looking at having a more formal function, we can cater for you in our very popular bistro. We have a wide variety of meals varying from Schnitzel’s to Grilled Barramundi. We have a variety of specials during the week or you can have a set menu.
For a sit down dinner we have 1, 2 or 3 course menu options seating anywhere from 10 to 100 people comfortably in our restaurant space. Stand up functions can facilitate anywhere up to 200 guests comfortably.

Room Hire
If you are booking our private area (carpet area) or venue there is a $300 room hire.
Marble does not have a minimum spend on food or drinks.

Confirmation & Deposit
For stand up functions you must confirm one month prior to your booking date. We do require a $400 deposit that must be paid a week after making your booking, the $100 will be reimburshed to you on the night of your function. However if your booking is a sit down dinner, we need two weeks notice and a deposit of $5 head for a booking of 15 people or more, this deposit will be taken off the bill.

Payment
We accept all forms of credit card (including American Express and Diners Club) and can take payment over the phone, in person, cheque or via EFT.

General Conditions
All Under ages must vacate the premises from 9pm, on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights.
Any Patron who is not dressed in our night club regulations attire will not be allowed in, also any patrons who is being aggressive or abusive will be evicted immediately.
Cancellation of a booking 3 weeks before will result in us keeping your deposit.
All drink and platter selections must be confirmed one week prior to your function.

Drink Packages
If you choose to run a bar tab we have a drink package available, this option will offer you great savings and drink specials that aren’t
available to anyone else. With your bar tab you have the choice to either subsidise your drinks or have an open bar. Subsidising your drinks will in turn make the bar tab last a lot longer, while still keeping everyone happy with cheaper drinks. Example: A vodka will cost you $6, so if your guest pays $2 subsidy, then the remaining $4 will be charged to your account.
However if you dont choose to have a bar tab, you and your guests will pay regular prices. We do have drink specials on our night club nights (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) which you are entitled to, but we do suggest a bar tab will be better value to you and your guests.

Food
For stand up functions we have an amazing selection of platters. One platter serves approxiamately 15- 20 guests as nibbles. If you are thinking of something a little more formal like a sit down function, we can design a set menu for you. Otherwise you are more than welcome to choose from our extensive bistro menu. We offer specials all week in our bistro, we have a $10 dinner menu from Monday to Friday 5 till 8pm.
